If the skills are available for alphas then yes, they will stay active. Total skill points you can have active for alpha is capped at 20kk points though.

Ok thanks, How much skill points likely I can train in 1 month time (with omega)?

Omega speeds training up by like x2 right so atleast a few million

You can train about 800k sp per month on alpha, if you plan skill training in such a way that you only train skills that are requiring the highest attributes of your character, to achieve maximum training speed. You can remap your character attributes twice (I think) for free, which is more than enough to plan out the training for those free 5kk skill points, after that you'll have to wait a year for the next remap.

OP, if you're going to do the Alpha-only thing, make sure to really plan out your training, because while Alphas can use about 20 million skill points, only the first 5 million of that can be trained (the rest will need to be injected). This means that if you want to have an efficient character, choose one race with one primary weapon system, and max out the available skills for it. In one of the recent threads, I made a plan for someone who asked how to optimize Alpha training for the Gila. It will be along those lines, except if you're going for a different ship line, some skills might change (for example, dropping the drone and shield skills, and adding armor skills for Amarr ships).

I would advise against trying to optimize remaps for a 5 million skill point Alpha training plan. If the player decides that they want to subscribe and keep training, they might end up with an inefficient attribute setup with quite a lot of skills across multiple categories still to go.

Probably best to just do an even perception/intelligence split as an Alpha.

Thanks for suggestion and the attributes, I didn't even know attributes affected training time.
Is there a website to do skill planning for Eve?
