Just a glance:
The email of CCP even said if you 'Re-add Omega Time you will have it,' not like original price will be a kill, but one time only indeed felt very sad
QFT.
And the "idc get over it kkthxby" attitude.
"SAVE BIG ON OMEGA
STEAM EXCLUSIVE 15% OFF
Greetings [Capsuleer Name],
It's the final weekend of the Steam Summer Sale! You can still get 15% off Omega Clone State when you re-add game time through your Steam account until 5 July.
Continue enjoying unlimited access to ships, skills and modules as an Omega pilot.
ADD OMEGA TIME
Offer expires 5 July."
"Re-add". At this point it must be considered false marketing.
Almost a week ago, I received that email. Because of that "re-add" I created the support ticket. Still waiting. Nothing fixed.
They don't care. Lesson learned.
We'll see. I'll probably take it up with EVE's support if Steam keeps stonewalling. Ultimately CCP are the ones who've been making promises.
Fair compensation for a twelve month subscription with a lost 15% discount might be 45 days of game time, 500 plex, or a month of dual training, IMO.
