I just bought Omega On Steam
But it's not showing up on my account for EVE.

Hi I am running Alpha through steam and just purchased the starter pack for 9.99 but it is not showing up in the game when I login. The DLC shows added but do I need to do something else to activate it?

***Update*** Problem Fixed.

Hi, After working with CCP support the problem is resolved. The issue was that I started playing Eve on steam with an account before buying the starter pack. Those packs are meant for Steam users who have not started playing the game yet. So when I bought it and it popped up a message saying I already had an account Steam needs to add more info saying that it cannot apply the pack to your existing account and that it will create a new account with the pack in it.
CCP was able to switch my characters over to the STEAM ID account with the starter pack in it and they did so free of charge (Normally a $19.99 charge for doing so). So I give an A+ to CCP.

i have the same problem but I don't know what to do steam created another account and I don't know how to link both together

I have been playing the game for 9 months Omega and I purchased 3 more months of Omega time 2 days ago now almost 3 days and it put me into alpha and is still alpha now I submitted a ticket on he issue about 12 hours ago.

Eve is the only game I play off of Steam. I hope they resolve my issue soon. I do not like using a venture to mine when I have been using barges for the longest time.
