Bought Premium Edition - Items don't show, subscription not showing...
I bought this bundle but I can't figure out how to claim the items.

Items & subscriptions do not show in inventory, or in the inventory to be claimed (The "E" in top left).

I made multiple new accounts by this time. I logged in with steam to accountmanagement... Made a new account... nothing appears to help...

Please help me.

I just find it more than a bit frustrating that so many people have had this problem and no one seems to have had it resolved.
I have also this problem :( I was expecting to use the premium within my already existing EVE account by just connecting my manual eve online installation within the steam launcher. I do not want to reinstall the game through steam or to create a new account. there must be a solution for this. is this forum moderated by steam?

Same problem here. Bought the pack (New account), and none of the items have shown up under redeem. Even after logging into the website under steam and seeing the "Paid" tag under transactions. It's been 24 hours since I purchased it, and 12 hours since i made a ticket.


I just checked my account and nothing new, still alpha clone state, no items, no dlc , no response to ticket from CCP. World class customer service...
Same, still nothing. Although, they probs dont work on a Sunday so they wont get to any tickets until tomorrow, at the least. Its sad but true.

My ticket has been in for about 36hours now.. sad because I was looking forward to playing this weekend. Oh well.

Hopefully it'll get sorted tomorrow.

Please note the following restrictions when purchasing the Core Starter Pack:

Purchasing a Starter Pack will initiate the creation of a new EVE account. This account cannot be combined with any existing EVE account (trial included) and has to be accessed separately through the Steam client.
Monthly subscription fee required after first month. Subscriptions & PLEX through the Steam store can only be purchased by users that have purchased the EVE Online Starter Pack via Steam on or after June 4th, 2013.
Owners of the EVE Online: Starter Pack will be unable to purchase the EVE Online: Premium Edition for the same account.



I also have an open ticket about the Starter Pack which doesn't appear IG.

Contact CCP directly. Valve is just a transaction middleman, and won't be able to do anything.

Directly to eve online. Steam can do nothing about this, unfortunatly.

The eve online on steam is very bad, CCP should see how this interaction between game/steam works in games like warframe and improve it here. :steamsad:

What are you trying to say? English might not be your first language, but i dont see a point in this post.

You realize warframe is on a different timezone than CCP is, right?
You also realize that most devs dont work on the weekends, right?
You also realize that it is, in fact, the weekend right?

I remember when warframe was still a baby and sparky was OP, and the gorgun was fun. They didnt respond to support super fast then, and it wasnt until the game went to console that they really got super popular.

I think what he means is that other MMOs handle interfacing between Steam and their own account management systems properly. For example, when you buy a Steam pack for MechWarrior Online, it applies to your external account without any hoops to jump through.
I was gifted the premium edition by my brother today and I am having the same problems as all of you. Anyone have any good news to report on the issue? This is very frusturating and sad.
So I asked about this issue in the ingame rookie (help) chat room.

The response I got was that Its a known issue that steam packs are being delayed, If you havent received your pack by (i was told tomorrow at the time of this writing.) then you should open up a support ticket on the issue.

I resubmited a ticket again. I have not received any response from CCP for the one I submitted on nov. 19 :-(
