Bought Premium Edition - Items don't show, subscription not showing...
I bought this bundle but I can't figure out how to claim the items.

Items & subscriptions do not show in inventory, or in the inventory to be claimed (The "E" in top left).

I made multiple new accounts by this time. I logged in with steam to accountmanagement... Made a new account... nothing appears to help...

Please help me.

At least you CAN buy it. I can't even purhcase it because I started a free account first, tried it, decided to buy Premium. And now apparently I already have items included in the premium packs so Steam won't allow it?
I'm going to miss the sale while they fix it I guess. And never touch this game again.

Go into your acoount (click on your nickname in the right top side of the steam window) an then in STORE & PURCHASE HISTORY section go to "View licenses and product key activations". Remove EvE Online from the list. After that you will be allowed to buy these packages.
Just writing to say that I've got the same problem as well. I bought the core starter pack which includes 30 days. My gametime has not been updated. Have submitted a ticket, let's see what happens.
so, i contacted a GM (in game), he said go to https://secure.eveonline.com/ and log in
Then, go to Transactions History under "Account" you should find the thing you bought and it is paid (in green)
After that,see if your clone is in Omega state (in https://secure.eveonline.com/ under "Account")
if not, give it a few hours. there might be a delay

There might be a delay.
There is no items to redeem for me in there.
I'm having exactly the same issue. I brought my PE this morning, tried completeing the tutorial and still got nothing. It doesnt seem to be a dely of any kind as it has been almost 12 hours since I paid for the game. Both steam and eveonline (accounts) say the pack has been paid for.

Im kinda sad about this. I haven't played eve for a very long time and really fancied trying it again (this is a brand new account im starting, so that isnt the issue)

Same problem here. Bought the pack (New account), and none of the items have shown up under redeem. Even after logging into the website under steam and seeing the "Paid" tag under transactions. It's been 24 hours since I purchased it, and 12 hours since i made a ticket.

I just checked my account and nothing new, still alpha clone state, no items, no dlc , no response to ticket from CCP. World class customer service...
