Eve skill points and death

Ok so i used to play eve online years ago for quite some time (about 10+ years)
and ive read its gone free to play now,with two clone groups,alpha and omega.
When i last logged out my clone has around 90 million skillpoints and with the new alpha its capped at having 5 million usable points.
If i died in eve while having the alpha clone would i lose that 80 or so million points and years of training because i wasnt subscribed?

Clone insurance has been removed from the game, therefor don't you worry of losing SP if you ever die.

If your account is in Alpha status (free), only the ALPHA skills will be usable (all omega skills will be turned off temporarily. When you get a subscription or inject a PLEX, you will become omega and your skills will be usable again.

Thats great,i was kinda worried that id lose all my past work in eve if that ever happened.I havent been on eve for a while so i wasnt aware of the clone insurance being removed.Thats a relief! Now i can work towards some plex with what i have and not be worried! thanks for the reply :)
