About 71% Omega Time price increase - is this a joke?
The price of Omega time has risen about 70 to 90%. Is this a joke or should I expect regular prices to come back?

I am talking regional, Polish prices here.

Before 3 months of Omega 407.90 ARS, now 862.45 ARS. That means an increase of 111.43%. I understand that the prices increase, but 111.43% does not seem fair. (on the CCP website 1555.36 ARS = 381.30% increase !!! It's crazy!)
In addition to this, they nerf Carriers, Rorquals, VNIs ... The PLEX is above 2 billon... What are you trying? Do they try to get people to leave the game?!

I say it with pain in the soul, I have always paid for the Omega with my money: it does not seem fair to me an increase as abusive as this one. They have not even put the game in my language yet! :csgo_headshot:
1 ARS is 0.025 USD, you're already paying way below what most people pay. I think it is more than fair that you get a price increase, and it is again not the choice of CCP but done instead by Valve. If you want to complain that you're paying cheaper than everyone else but not as cheap as you were before, then go pay with USD (1600.85 ARS) on the main website, because CCP can do nothing about it on Steam.

the funny thing and that no other game had the price changed to fit the dollar quote. I repeat no other game I play.

Weird, because it should.

So are mine, they're priced fairly according to Steam's regional price policy, unlike this price change influenced by CCP

It's pretty sad though, I am going to think about resubbing if they atleast try to find bots and get rid of them, and return to old prices

Bots is a problem CCP created themselfs by alowing multi-accounting. This is their biggest mistake they have made in whole existence of EVE imo. They had dollar signs in their eyes and wanted to maximize profit, but with that they made the game highly unfair and unbalanced. EVE would be totally awsome is everyone had just 1 character, but unfortunately they even designed the gameplay around multi-accounting.
Gameplay is designed around cooperative play, not multi-accounting. People just opt to do that since its easier for them. That said, I'm all for hearing what kind of suggestion you have for keeping people from managing multiple accounts that'll actually work.

It's way to late for changing that, CCP made that bed and now they have to sleep in it.

Tell your country's inflation to stop then, Steam prices are based on the value of your currency, so a game that's $9.99 USD may be worth much more or less depending on your currency's value to the USD.

This isn't caused by inflation. The price simply grows up for no economic (for me imho) reason.

I do 1ACC only but won't buy omega for that price.

Just because you don't understand it doesn't mean it's not correct. It is inflation, or better put as "buying power", related to how much of your currency it takes to match the buying power of USD, which is what these price changes reflect (and even then, it is most often cheaper than the actual USD price should you convert your currency to USD or vice versa).

Which currency? The only one that's above USD price is the Euro, the rest are cheaper than actual USD price when converted. What's your problem?

It's still cheaper than the price in USD by a few cents. What's the average monthly income/expenses in Poland?

Which is still well below USD value. What is the problem? Your buying power is clearly better than mine.
