Can someone help me ? when i try to make a Scourge Rocket and i have the materials, but i can't make it, it said "cannot use this blueprint from its current location"

Where are you and where is the bp?

What level of supply chain mgmt do you have?

Usually it means your input/outputs are wrong. If you are using ores and blueprints from the item hangar; make sure you have both your materials and blueprints in the item hangar. So make sure both the materials and the blueprints are in the same inventory and that that inventory is the one you selected as the input inventory.
