Hi i just logged back on to eve after a while off and just got a message saying you been promoted to capsuleer and was wondering what is it and does it do anything or is it just you have x rep/money so auto upgrade you (when i logged on it seems my old plex and ships now worth a ton)

Players are also called capsuleers. No idea what that message means though, probably means you were promoted to "alpha clone-state capsuleer" after the F2P update in November 2016.
