Report a translation problem

Copy and add a shortcut of "EveLauncher" to your desktop.
Do not access or start EVE from Steam directly. Use the Evelauncher on your desktop and everything should start correctly.
Hopefully that helps you since I was having the same issue.
• Close the launcher and or client if either is running.
• Press Windows key + R
• Type regedit and press enter.
• Expand the following folder path:
• Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\
• Find CCP right click and select Delete and confirm delete.
• Start the launcher, this should add the launcher back into the registry.
Try that, I opened a support ticket with CCP and that is what ended up fixing things for me
