Everything you need is in the Corporation window in game.
Under "Home", at the bottom, you'll see three buttons: "Edit Details", "Dividends", and "Divsions". For this you want "Divisions". This is where you name the hanger and wallet divisions.
It's important to know that you can't name the divisions of indivual offices. To see what's in a hanger, you'll want to go to "Assets" in the corporation window and once you start filling up hangers at an office it will tell you what is in each division at that office.
Now, something else to keep in mind is access. Right click on a member, yourself as CEO works as well for this part, and click "Edit Member". Here you set titles, give them a homebase, set members under the roles tab with rights to many different corporation abilites. One thing you can do is set "Query" and "Take" access at different station.
I don't know what all falls under the different options and for my purposes I've never had to learn, so if you can't find a more indepth guide, you'll have to experiment and see what does what. Be careful though, setting up the roles incorrectly is one of the ways to finding your corp hangers emptied by some of the more unscrupulous individuls.
Thank you I appreciate your help
