If you’re in pandemic horde (I guess that’s what PH means) then there should be someone that could help explain how to make more.
I mean, even an Algos belt ratting should make more than a mil per hour.

That salvage contract is worth 1-2 day of salvaging (non-stop or accumulated). Most of the time I'm salvaging 5-10 sites/hour, with 15-20m per sites (rally points/haven/hubs - not counting shadow spawns).
Also DO NOT USE Noctis for salvaging. That ship got a fat ass and very slow to align, and I personally know some campers who specialized in killing salvagers and MTUs in ratting pockets.
Just use a Catalyst with salvage modules I on all high slots and cargo expander II on all lows. And get them salvage tackle rigs too. This fit should give you 1km3 cargo space and succesful salvage in 1-2 module cycle (5-10 min per sites). Don't bother with tractor beams cuz MTU ftw.
What I'm describing is kinda a god-mode on salvaging minus them skills and ship (Noctis) - just spam SSS calls, spam a lot ot MTUs and non-stop salvaging, really.
If you go all-out on salvaging, you can plex main+multi-alts/injects really easy :D My main is sub-cap and even when I'm out on CTAs, I can still do salvaging on my salvage alt :)
**You should always be in standing fleet and in comms+Intel channel if you're in pocket. Failure to do so can get you killed.
edit: not sure how good this loot sells in PH space though but my guess is that your corp will be interested (and might even have a buy back program) for relic loot in terms of industry.
Uninstalling the game before you die of boredom would be the best course of action here.
From the sound of it you are a low skill point player so i would suggest getting an Algos and start training your drone skills.
Once your drone skills are sub par (considering your probably an alpha clone) you will want to move into a Vexor.
This is where your money will start coming in as you will be able to build less tank and add more dmg mods to your ship which do to it being a cruiser will naturally have a better tank, or more buffer at least.
Also it should be noted that if you want to speed this process up you could always omega your account by paying the $15 the first time.
The end game for this play style would probably be a Gila where all you would need is t2 medium drones and lvl 3 of gallente and caldari cruiser to be effective.
Some people use a VNI but it is a waist for newer players imho, as most of the ships you will run into are destroyer and in VERY large part frigates. In which case the large, and sentry drones that the VNI is known for are a complete waist as they have trouble tracking these smaller targets.
I plexed my very first account with this method. Although i paid the first month of omega clone so that i could use t2 drones. I'm pretty certain that i will not have to pay to get omega status again.
Using a Gila, I was able to sell the loot from the combat sites i ran this last week for just alittle over 2 billion isk. Although i did get a lucky string of Serpentis Narcotic Warehouses and Phi-Outpost this type of luck seems to be the rule and not the exception if you can find a good back water high sec location to run combat sites in.
(Also worth noting that both Narco, and Phi sites can be carefully ran in an Algos)
if you want to make bank go for Level 4 factional warfare missions making about 300m per hour
