If you use a drone boat, the ships weapons don't matter. While in theory a Domi should use hybrids, it doesn't get a bonus to them. It used to, but it doesn't anymore. The Navy Issue Domi does though, so if your heart is set on using the ships guns you might consider it.
For the record: I don't actually recommend either of these fits for missions but that's more a matter of not really caring for t1 battleships than anything else. These are fits that I have tried or are similar to ones I have tried.
This is a wholly t2 version of the Navy Domi (transfered to a regular Domi) I used to run several years ago, back when both version had similar bonuses:

Simply change the hardners and drones to taste. The only use of the weapon is to draw aggro from rats. It doesn't actually have to hit them or do damage, just locking them up and shooting in their general direction is usually enough to make them come to you.
One advantage of the domi over the rattlesnake is that it gets a skill bonus for drone ranges and tracking speeds.
This is the sort of Rattlesnake I used to run from time to time:

Again, change out drones and hardners to taste. If you find that it's not tanking the way you'd like you can also switch the tracking links in the low slots for additional shield power relays.
If you've been gone a while you may remember the Rattlesnake using 5 drones. CCP changed that some time ago, the Rattlesnake's 2 sentry drones will do as much damage and the Domi's 5.
Unlike the domi the rattlesnake gets a bonus to missile damage, I recommend using them to both gain aggro (meaning fire one missile and then sic drones on them) and to work down frigates so you don't have to switch out your drones all the time.
