On the left side of your screen, next to the vertical bar of icons, there should be a category titled "Agent Missions", below which is the name of the mission you have accepted. Click on the mission name, and some information will appear, including the location where the mission is sending you to. If you are not in the solar system the agent is sending you to, there will be an option labeled "Set Destination", which will show you what stargates you need to pass through to reach the correct solar system. If you are in the system you need to be in, this "Set Destination" option will be replaced with "Warp to Location", which brings you to the location in the system where your mission takes place.
Note that sometimes "Warp to Location" takes you to an empty spot with a structure named "Acceleration Gate"; in this case, you will have to get close to the Acceleration Gate and activate it to proceed to the mission location.
