Bought plex, not showing in my account.
Was shopping some wishlist items on sale and figured I'd toss 500 plex onto my order to try out the new stuff in Eve, order completed successfully. Money was charged from my paypal.

Problem: The plex still hasn't been delivered to me, it's been almost 4 hours now and nothing.

Is there a time delay for buying plex here? If so, why is that not disclosed in any way?

When should I expect to see my Plex? I was hoping to be able to play after work tonight (EST zone) and I've seen posts that said it's taken anywhere from 1-2 hours to 1-5 days for their steam purchased plex to show up.


I just want my 500 plex I paid $19.99 for!

Check your PLEX vault, if you're looking elsewhere. Are you using the account made by Steam when you first purchased this game? If not, it likely went to another account assigned to your Steam account, just make a ticket with CCP and they'll transfer the PLEX over then. If you are, and you still don't see it in the PLEX vault, open a ticket. Not sure if the 1 hour delay still exists, I think Steam purchases don't have a delay unlike PLEX purchased on the website.

I'm using the account assigned to my steam account, nothing in plex vault, nothing in redeem at character select, nothing in "alt+y" menu in game.

I've only got two total accounts, logging into eve's website w/my steam account takes me to the account I'm currently logged into the game with (I don't use this account really, glad I have access to it though as I'll need to transfer my plex to the account I do play with.)

It's been going on 4ish hours now with no delivery on any of my two total accounts.

Sounds like it might be stuck then, make a ticket. CCP can sort it out quickly and easily for you.

Done & done, thanks for the advice.
Let's hope CCCP can get this sorted for me.

Until then, I'll keep randomly logging into both my accounts and seeing if I have stuff I can redeem.
