It is very, very, very unlikely that you'll encounter anything that doesn't have Terran ancestry. That said, there are some rumours that there have been xeno civilisations in the very distant past.

Even Jove are of the Terran origins. Maybe Sleepers...?

Talocan are another one I can remember, you can find artifacts and maybe more from them rarely, unless in wormhole space I think.
They also built that dysons swarm the Jove found that exploded everywhere or something I think.

The Jovians, if any are left following the implosion of their Stargate network (look up Caroline’s Star for more info), and the Sleepers are the closest to true aliens you’ll meet but even they are human descendants.

I'm not sure but I think there is other Xenofauna too. And there are defiently Alien precursors, I'm not sure the Sleepers really are Human descendents and we certainly won't ever know given that only their drones are around.

I always thought sleepers were like the Jovians. Either way, they certainly don’t have any issues using human corpses for their own needs.

Those are the drifters, who are certainly closely related to Sleepers but not Sleepers. However given that the Sleepers had this whole matrix kinda deal(Which is why they're called Sleepers), while humanity was regressing back into dark ages, except the Jove who were far away. But since I googled it it says here https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Sleepers that you are right however most sleeper sites(Which I think also aren't sleeping sites, I think those are still hidden somewhere) are situated at Talocan sites too, and those are those alien precursors I keep coming back to.
