what is the most populated hi sec?
i want to go there

Which system? Jita. >2000 people there at any given moment. It's in Caldari space and is by far the largest trade hub in the game.

(Citadels haven't changed that, have they?)

All trade routes and hubs are dangerous. The high levels of player activity attract pirates, so there's no such thing as a safe trade hub.

The number 1 in caldari, if not in the entire eve universe, is probably Jita.

Its where players go to die,.. or be scammed or both.

Or just go there to buy sell stuff... I never have been attacked at Jita ever. I even go there with a couple of bil ISK implants/mods in the cargo bay. Manticore/Dramiel are pretty much safe ships for 'ganking hubs'. Only with undocking you are vulnerable so make sure you have a warp point with good alignment ready at the undocking area.

The Forge region in caldari space is the most populated. As noted above the routes leading to and from Jita, as well as Jita itself, can be rather dangerous as they're populated by folks looking to waylay hapless travellers.

Sounds like Jita is the place to be. I'll have to check it out. Any info for newbies who still need the materials to rebuild the ship that got destroyed at the end of the intro to the game? [mining areas, suggested missions, pretty much anything to help starters to get their ship rebuilt and to help them get started]? I'm also Caldari btw.

hmm.. ok, makes more sense that way anyways, lol. thanks. Any tips on what I should do to build the funds [ISK???] to afford the ships and fittings I suggested for me [whatever they are]? And maybe a decent starter guide if anyone knows of one?

Oh me neither, with players go there to die, i meant like they sit AFK spamming scams and just basicly dont play :P
