Is there a way to auto transport ores?
Hey :D

I just started playing this game and i have dedicated that time to mining. I have to: Go to field - Mine - Go back to station - repeat. Is there a way i can transport the ores i mine automaticly?

No. It has to be done by a player.

Also, don't mine. It's a terrible choice that you will come to regret later.

Yes and no, you can run a second account that is equiped with a large hauler or join a corporation that does mining operations. As for mining itself you can make very large amounts of isk doing it but you need to research heavily into it so i suggest two accounts so you can have some fun. I very much suggest the mining corperations though as best option.

Because it doesn't teach you critical skills that are necessary for survival and success in the game. Also, it's an inefficient way to make money.

Mining is not the most profitable venture is all. Ive played for about 7 years and mine all the time. If you like to mine , mine.

It's a much more efficient use of your time to find and join a corp that suits your playstyle, OP. You'll make far more money in a nullsec mining op than you ever will humping rocks in highsec.

Plus, mining ops usually have dedicated haulers that will haul the ore away for you, and they'll usually also retain some protection to keep you from getting ganked. It's far safer than solo mining.

Even in null, you're looking at an average income ceiling of about 50m/hour. Meanwhile, high-sec incursions/wormhole sites make three times as much. And the best part is, unlike those NPC-centric ways of making money, which are at least partially guided by set income rates, mining is entirely player-driven, so you know that the game's mineral market is saturated because there's way more players doing it than necessary.

You can reduce the number of trips you make to and from the asteroid belt via "jetcan mining". You jettison some ore, creating a temporary (lasts 2 hours from last access) cannister with 27,000m3 volume and stay in the belt until you've filled it, then return with an industrial hauler to bring it all back to station at once. Of course, anyone can access your jet can at any time to steal your ore.
