Station may be inaccessable !
A contract with this note in red on it... should I be concerned about this at the destination before I accept the contract?

It means that it's a player-owned station in null-sec space. Docking rights are limited by alliance membership and standings, and chances are that you don't have either.

Not only null-sec stations may be inaccessible, but citadels in Hi-Sec too. So, it may be a sort of scam.
