Fitting a civilian salvager

So I am currently still using the velator and I'm doing the 2nd mission for the buisness agend. I need to fit the civilian salvager to the ship but its not compatible with the velator. Should I buy a new ship or any other suggestion?

NEVERMIND, found out it fits only on the weapon slots.

Hey, I have another quick question.

So I am doing the final "Balancing the books" quest and the agent asked me to use a blueprint and build the items with the materials. The problem is that I have a Civi Data Analyzer blueprint filled in my job slots and I can't deliver it. I am doing it in a station as well and it prompts me with this message:

"You are too far from the facility to modify this job. Your current skills in Supply Chain Management for manufacturing or Scientific Networking for research allow remotely managing up to 0 jumps away."

Do you know how to deliver the analyzer so I can free a slot for the next blueprint?

ONCE AGAIN, Nevermind. lol

Found out that theres a specific place I need to deliver to first before making room for another blueprint.
