With regards about what to do next its completely down to yourself.
If your into PVP you can do faction warfare or join a null sec alliance.
If you like PVE you can start doing missions.
You can go exploring, minning, hauling cargo.
I would suggest you try a little bit of everything and find what you enjoy most.
EVE is a sandbox. Up until now the game provided you with some limited hand holding to help you to learn some basics of the game, but this is not how the game is played. Now it is time to learn what the sandbox actually means: you are creating your own story from now on.
This means: you have tried several activities, you can also get an inspiration here: https://eve-guides.fr/images/wtd.jpg . Find out what you like the most and start being better at that. The best way to quickly learn is to join a corporation which does similar activities to what you like.
