How fix minmatar republic standing

ok guys i am back from a long 4 years rest and now i just start againg but in the last corp i was i make my standing go to -2.3 and now i cant do any lvl 1 mission with this agents. I will like some help plz guys

You can always run l1 missions with a corp, you probably mean you can't run l2s*.

Easiest way to improve poor faction standings is to train the diplomacy skill.

If diplomacy is already maxed: Either grind l1s in friendly high or low sec until you get storyline missions for faction standing, or run missions for gallente/sisters of eve and get storylines with them to increase minmatar via derived standing, or turn in tags for 1 time standings bumps.

*I'm assuming you mean a regular corp and not a faction warfare corp. FW agents only give missions to folks partaking in FW.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that another option is running the SoE epic arc. It's a level 1 arc available to anyone and offers a standing boost to a faction of one's choice upon completion. It took me about 3 or 4 hours in a hyperspatial rigged algos the one time I ran it (lots of travel).
