How to transfer PLEX?

I have a non-steam alpha account which I played for some time. I have completed career agents, sisters of eve epic arc etc, and have some frigs and destroyers. So, I liked the game and I would like to upgrade to omega. But here is the thing: while a 1 month sub on EVE website is $15 (which is 57 Turkish Liras - my local currency), buying 2 PLEXs from steam with local currency is 55 Turkish Liras. People would call me crazy if I decided to subscribe from EVE website on these terms.

So, If I try to play the game from steam, I have to use a steam created account, which will start from scratch. I don't want to do all the tutorials and missions again, it is boring. I also don't want to pay for character transfer from my non-steam account to my steam one.

So I decided that, I'll create an alpha character from steam and buy 2 PLEXs and transfer the PLEXs to my non-steam alpha character. What I need is someone to explain how to transfer the PLEXs between 2 alpha characters with different accounts. Remember that I'm still a rookie so don't use too much jargon.

The only safe way to transfert item is "CITADEL PERSONNAL DELIVERY" and "PRIVATE CONTRACT".

You can't directly trade between your two accounts because you can't connect two ALPHA account at the same time from the same computer.

Option A:
Get both character docked in the same CITADEL (NOT STATION) then redeem your plex inside that citadel, citadels are player made structures that shows in "structure" when you right click in space. In hisec plenty of them are open to public.
When inside get plex in itemhangar and right click "DELIVER TO:" enter your second character name CORRECTLY AND MAKE SURE YOU DON'T MISTYPE

Option B:
Open "CONTRACTS" window, put plex in ITEM HANGAR or any public station or citadel, CREATE CONTRACT, make is PRIVATE to the name of your alt. it will cost 10.000isk and then get on the alt, accept contract and plex will be in that station item hangar.

NEVER TRADE PLEX TO OTHER PLAYERS
NEVER TRANSPORT PLEX IN YOUR SHIP
PLEX CAN BE ACTIVATED AT A DISTANCE FROM PERSONNAL ASSETS WINDOW

Thanks for the detailed reply! I will use 1 plex to go omega and the other one to get ISK. Since i'm a newbie, i believe i can go crazy with that amount of isk :D

yw and yes indeed that 1bil will help you a lot, especially buying skillbooks early on.

Don't spend it all on a single ship tho.
Remember, insurance will reimburse up to 80% hull value. This only applies to Tech1 ships.

So stick with frigates/cruiser/BC to learn the game, and join a corp !!
