How can i sell Plex in real life transaction without being accused of scamming? (discontinued)

Would be great if there's an option some sort of market out of game or just redeem real cash by selling it to the game or just a page where we can trade plex for real currencies?? I am not a fan of ISK just want to make a hobby here and probably earn while doing so, this feature might attract a lot of players. I am dying to sell plex for real cash..

well your first off taking money from the devs doing this. paid for or grinded(im assuming grinded since your selling it) your taking money outta ccp wallet cause your selling to a customer who otherwise would've brought it from ccp or a offical vendor.

2nd whether you paid for or grinded out that plex you dont techinally own it. its ccp property. way games work is simple. they own all rights to them. we just get the license to use em. wat we dont have is the license to resell them or distribute them if their software(not a physical copy. you can sell your old disks just fine). thats the rules atleast. tho you will hardly see it enforced unless its a legimate threat to a company's profits on a mass scale.

Since I took my time and earn to buy the plex from the game market I do own it under the name of my account and yes CCP, until it will be used for CCP services it's not mine that's clear. CCP owns all rights to them yes but they can't reclaim it as it has been legally purchased. 2nd I am not reselling or redistributing their game contents to anyone and nor did I have transactions of plex to anybody outside of eve online market. If I am selling my plex to a customer in game it means trade* and does not classify me as a theft, taking money from CCP or even near to breaking the terms and conditions. Make your point please my last comment stated that I have understood the terms and conditions alongside some classic side joke.

It's been explained to you, OP. It all comes down to money. Pretty much all MMOs don't allow you to do this, because the presence of a secondary market (apparently) hurts company profits. Whether this is good or not is outside of the consideration that it's simply not allowed according to the terms of service that you agree to when you play. If you don't like this, then start a movement that will result in these rules being challenged in court.

Rules lawyering won't make RMT suddenly allowed.

That would be called Real Money Trading and it is a ban-able offense. Further more if CCP suspects you are RMT'ing they will seize any ingame assets related to the account(s) including ISK, Plex, and Aurum.
