Multiple accounts with steam version

Actually I have 2 questions:
1) Can I have several EVE accounts linked to a single steam account?
2) Is it possible to run several non-steam accounts and at the same time several steam accounts on single PC (assuming that it's enough hardware resources)

Yes.
Yes, if they are all Omega accounts. Multiboxing using any Alpha account is banned.

Pretty sure the answer to the first one is "no" unless they made significant changes recently. Only one account can be paid for through Steam, and it's the one that's created for you.

However when you open the launcher it allows you to add more accounts. I believe the question he's asking is whether he can use his Steam account for all EVE accounts he runs.

the problem is that currently I have 4 non steam accounts. In my country subscription with year plan costs per month - 11$ on official site and 5$ through steam. It's much cheaper on steam. I was thinking about 1-2 new accounts and wanted to know if I can have more than one account paid through single steam account. For example it's cheaper for me to pay 20$ for each account transfer to steam. But I don't want to be in situation when I need a separate steam account to pay for all that chars.

You would need one Steam account per EVE account. CCP might do free transfers for you if you explain your situation, though.

I currently have 7 accounts that launch through Steam. Only one account was actually created via Steam.

are you paying for all of them through steam with real money? or just with plexes?
are that 6 accounts linked to steam or you are just using steam launcher to login to them?
