Cannot install the game

Hello! I am struggling to download the game, period. I have it on family share, I click download, and it downloads 7 GB before it goes installed at 100% and freeze. I tried restarting steam, clearing the download cache, I tried logging in and out, i even reinstalled steam but nothing worked (restarting the pc almost 5 times by now ;-;). trying to download the game on another drive, also didn't work. My other games are installing just fine, but not this one
If you can offer any help or tip I'll appreciate it!
