* to open console, use shift+enter. To enter the command in console, type it and press enter. Use shift+enter to close the console.
1. In console enter 'kill'. You will die but preserve all your stuff. Apparently that will perma-kill you on Hardcore difficulty, hence that does not work on Hardcore.
2. In my case I've respawned inside Seatruck, but was in 'freelook' mode. I've looked upwards towards Seatruck exit and clicked it. I still remained inside, but now cursor tells that if I click again on exit, I will enter Seatruck.
3. In console enter 'warpforward' (I assume you have clear water ahead of you, not some rock). That wil teleport your character forward 5 or 10 meters and you will get outside the Seatruck.
4. If you now try to enter the truck, you will again get stuck inside. Instead, save the game, quit it and reload. Now you should be able to enter the truck and proceed normally.
