Game won't launch after update
So I was playing through the game, having lots of fun, and then I went to start it up today and... nothing. For whatever reason, this latest update hosed the game so badly that it won't even start up anymore. I've done all the normal troubleshooting stuff, all the way down to updating drivers and completely reinstalling the game, but nothing helps. It just dies during the initialization. As best I can tell, there's something wrong with some DLL, but I can't get anything more than that from the log. Anyone have any ideas, short of abandoning the game and leaving a nasty review?

To fix it, you have to use the Legacy build. Which is now the same build as the public build but with the support for CPUs that don't support the AVX instructions.

If you still have the issue in the current Legacy build, then your CPU is even older and don't support SSE4.1, in this case delete the lib_burst_generated.dll from the Legacy build and launch the game.

Game not run after update
Nothing happens and no errors appear, when I remove lib_burst_generated.dll the game starts but does not reach the menu, only a black screen with a warning. Moving, deleting, renaming saves does not help

You might have a different issue.

Here we will be looking at the crashes please. Share your hardware, people.
Most likely an old hardware.

Maybe we will make another branch with the content of the previous update. Or fix it directly. I'll let you know.

Same for me won't go past the warning screen.

Some people are having crashes, some people just can't past the warning screen.

It might not be the same issue. Share your log files. Check the pinned thread in the support subforum.

The main culprit behind being stuck in the warning screen is having mods.
If you crash directly though, it's a bigger issue.

Same here.
Yesterday the game was working just fine.
After the latest update, when I launch the game nothing happens. No warning screen, just nothing.
No mods ever installed, did already verify the integrity of game files
Rirotis Sep 14, 2022 @ 2:49am
My game started working again after I removed all MODS.
