I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and I've even tried playing the experimental branch but the same thing keeps happening.
In your case, I think you will be able to start a game in creative mode. Something in the intro makes your game crash.
If it isn't a freeze, you can check the Player.log file in:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Unknown Worlds\Subnautica_ Below Zero
But if it freezes, the game won't write anything useful there. So you have to check the issue elsewhere. Probably hardware or driver related.
