Help! Disabled the satellite but no call about the greenhouse

I went to mercury II, got fabricated the test override module, put it on the tower, used the thing at the bottom of the tower to enter test mode, got the dialogue from Robin like "that should do it" or whatever but no call from Marguerite. And she isnt at her base anymore.

I had the same problem. Have a look for a building up high, by itself in the glacial area.

Try going directly to the greenhouse. It's in the East Arctic on top of a glacier. The glacier you are looking for has vegetation on it and Alterra crates all over the place. ( sorry for my bad english)
