PS4 controller drift, other stuff

Anyone else?

I've tired cleaning the controller short of taking it apart.

Gone trhough calibration several times via steam options, gyros and everything, I even increased the dead zone size, but it appears SBZ is ignoring this as it thinks there is some sort of constant input on the R controller when there's not. It's very mild, but enough to be aggravating.

Quick assignment is quick, but it's also dirty.

Where is the mouse, can't we just get a soft mouse on the PDA with the L controller? There's no quickly looking at something for a tool tip or an ingredient list in the buildables catalog.

Using the Dpad to go through inventory obscures everything with the description box.

How is this handled with Subnautica on consoles already?

Holy Crap, This has been so infuriating, how has this been ignored? I'm using a Xbox One PowerA controller and just randomly the character is randomly looking left constantly. It got to the point where when it happened, i just stopped touching anything on the controller and it continued to drift on its own

I had the same problem with my xbox 1 controller and the steps in this video solved it for me

I would give it a try as it doesn't involve taking anything apart and it worked fo rme

I have the same problem with my PS5 controller and the game is unplayable because of it.. I tried everything - calibrate, etc., but the controller is brandly new so I will not do the cleaning :D works fine in another games tho...
