Invincible Multi-Purpose Room
Reposting this here as well as bug reports:
I made a base in the crystal caverns because why not and I added a multi-purpose room. Now the room has no floor, and can't be destroyed because it says that I need to remove attached components first. I deleted my whole base and it still can't be deconstructed.

Oh my goodness.....

I mean what a beautiful bug.

Give me a second to process this.

It kind of looks like there was an aquarium that had been placed in an MPR room beneath it. Can you remember the sequence and order of things you had built onto, into, or around above or below this MPR? Like Harbinger said it seems like an issue stemming from an incompletely deconstructed ghost blueprint.

Something is partially built, there's a wrench jammed in the cogs somewhere and you gotta find where that wrench is.

I made a scanner room, then a multipurpose room to the right of the scanner room, made a moonpool to the left of the multipurpose room, then made a I connector to directly across from the scanner room, and then a vertical connector on that connecting to the broken room. That was very badly written.

There were no aquariums or alien containments, the room flooded because I didn't have enough reinforcement, then I repaired the damage and it stayed flooded, which is where the bugs started.

I can also build onto the broken room and then remove those parts (doesn't fix it), but the room itself is still broken. Also I can enter the room using a hatch and it just acts like a flooded room.

And all of those components were deconstructed, but not the broken MPR? I can only suggest going over with a fine toothed comb to garuntee no ghost blue prints then F8 and submitting a bug report if all else fails

^ Here's a screenshot of what the room looks like from the inside, for some reason it isn't flooded now. (I made a hatch into it and then destroyed the hatch afterwards)

Also I think the game thinks that the vertical connector is still their, because I can't place another vertical connector there, but I can replace all the other rooms I've removed.

You can't connect Vertical connectors to a MPR, doing so would only be for looks (As I've done that before) Try to find and deconstruct the Vertical ghost

There's definitely a vertical ghost, just I can't deconstruct it. When I try to hit q from where it would be on the interior, it just doesn't do anything, and when I try to hit q from the outside, it doesn't do anything. Also idk how I connected a vertical to an MPR, but it was functional when the room worked.

Call the Ghost Busters.

This bug is known.

Reproduction steps are:
- Build a corridor.
- Build a vertical connector partially.
- Build a multipurpose room / large room in the middle, like you want to connect it to the vertical connector.
- Finish the vertical connector.
- Build a ladder inside the corridor.

A vertical connector can't connect a multipurpose room. The fact you can do it while it's in a ghost state is a bug.

Is there a fix to this bug then or no?

There is a mod that allows you to remove buildings and ignore restrictions.

I don't see any other options.

What mod is it?

I never used Mods for either Subnautica or Below Zero but I did a quick look up, I think this is what you want:

(Not sure if I'm allowed to post links to Nexus. Hope I'm not breaking any rules)
