greenhouse is locked and theres is nothing i can do

Pls help me i dont know what else to do, i went everywhere trying to trigger the unlock for the margerits greenhouse, i was just about to fix the comunications tower and the salad days update came, so i cant talk to margerit again beacuse she is locked up in her house and neither fix the tower... i dont want to start a new game, i have a lot of progress in it. Anyone knows what to do?

Yeah I'm having a similar problem myself. Except I already started a new game after the Salad Days update. I went to her green house after my first run in with her & she told me to fix the tower problem so I went & did that & then she gave me "cryptic directions to greenhouse" & nothing populated to where to go so I went back to the location under the lilly pad biome & it wont let me in. Is there a different location I for her actual greenhouse? Cause I thought this was her only location. I'm confused lol

Edit: Yeah never mind I didn't realize her greenhouse wasn't under the sea with her base lol

I think they fixed it so it's just destroyed and you swim in through a hatch, unless you mean there's an invisible wall there. I'm having a slightly different issue myself, I can't scan the multipurpose room, only the dome of it, and I already have the BIG room so it's kind of a weird contrast when it comes to building.

If you return to the comms tower you will see it has changed and is active again, you need to collect 3 new items from crashed ships, use them to manufacture a module and insert it in the tower this will get you an invite to the now unlocked greenhouse. If you still have the old tower you have had it I'm afraid and wil have to restart.

Unfortunately this game is Early Access after all. You should be expecting to restart more than once, many times if you play a lot.

the greenhouse is on an iceberg, not the underground base.

You have to complete a new quest with marguerite and at the end she grant you the access to the greenhouse

Unless it changed with the update the sequence is:

- Visit marg at her base by the sunken ship. That unlocks repairing the tower.

- Repair the tower (you will have to collect stuff for it).

- Either repairing the tower or maybe it was another quick visit to Marge that unlocks the greenhouse.
