Plasteel ingot is missing in the game.

I proceeded quite a lot in the game, I wanted to make it from the back modules of the sea truck. He wanted a plasteel ingot. I have all the materials for its construction, but there is no such thing as plasteel ingot in the manufacturer. How many times have I deleted the manufacturer, put it back, got out of the game many times. I verified the file integrity but it did not help. How do you think there is a solution?

The plasteel ingot recipe is unlocked by:

Modules:
- Fabricator
- Aquarium
- Storage

Upgrade:
- Seatruck Mk1

Or the multipurpose room & exosuit.

But you're right, all things that requires the recipe should unlock it as well. Until it's fixed you can look for the tech above.
