A dead penguin in my seatruck

There's a dead penguin blocking my seatruck and now I can't enter it from either side.

As you can see it's also in the ice cave to the glacier basin. So it's not so easy with just building another seatruck :(

Is there any cheat by which I may get the penguin out? Or how long will it last until its rotten and gone?

Did you try to save and reload? I don't think dead creatures survive (hah!) a reload.
