Game freezes when Al-An adds some data to Robin's databank

Hello,
The game freezes at some point during the game.
Exploring deep lilypad cache, Robin talked with Al-An about 27 kinds of DNA.
And as I get out of the cave, there's a conversation about why Al-An is in Robin's brain instead of living in a safe computer.
During the conversation, Robin asks Alan for more information, and Alan says he added information to Robin's databank. And the game stops here (before the data actually be added).
The game literally freezes so that I killed the game with task manager.
Fortunately, the second conversation was avoided by saving and reloading in the blank between the two conversations.
But I'm worried that this won't receive Alan's VALUEBLE data.
Is it only me who is experiencing this?
Any comment will be appreciated.

p.s. I'm playing in Korean language. Later I thought that this could be a problem. I want to change to English and try the conversation again. Is there any way?

Update
After changing the language setting to English and exploring the cave again, I was able to download the data to the databank safely.
Also, saving this and loading it back with Korean settings did not stop the game.
This will allow me to continue to play the game, but please note if other Korean users get the same error.
