So, i completed the sanctuary , but i got a new one, i marked it and its somewhere below a twisty bridges region, bordering a kelp forest and those thermal spires, i cant seem to find a way down

Yep, there is a cave system at the lowest spot of the Bridge area. You'll need to swim down into it. The entrance isn't far from the Sanctuary. You'll want a Glider, the mapping system is very useful. Keep an eye out down there, it gets interesting.

You can get in there using the seatruck, it's a tight fit, but it's doable (i hate actually swimming in this games).

Let's be honest, you don't hate swimming itself.

You hate not being able to quickly and brutally massacre any hostile you encounter at any point.
