Forced game pause, when switching programms.

Hi, maybe someone here can help me out, how to avoid that the game goes into pause mode when I switch programms(like browser). I'm new in livestreaming and want to enter the chat without forcing the game to pause.

Do you just switch the Active Window, or do you actually Alt + Tab out of the game? Are you using Windowed or Fullscreen mode?

If you have a second monitor, it might be easier to have the Chat on a separate monitor.
I, personally use a laptop to communicate while I play games on my desktop to avoid issues like this.

I used the chat on a different monitor, but it doesn matter. If I click something otuside of the game, the game goes into freeze. Tried both, windowed and fullscreen. I asked others and they say, if the game doesn support it, there is no way to let it run in background. Subnautica OG was abled to run in background, so maybe they will implent that function later.
