Large room partitions can't connect to walls?
Was just fiddling with these large room partitions. From what I can tell, they allow you to make cubicles inside the large room, but not really splitting the large room into actual divisions.

Edit: got it working. It was a bit fiddly at one place, but when testing it at another location, it did indeed work out.

Time to build proper living quarters with shower and toilet :)

And as for the OP, yes, the can connect to walls. May take some rotation, but it's possible. Just make sure there are no windows or anything else on that segment.

You can connect them. You just need to place a partition next to the wall of the large room and once you have done that you are able to place another partition where the gap is between the wall and partition. (Not 100% sure it works in Below Zero but I know this is how to place it in the original Subnautica)

There is really no use for them unless you like decorating, which I don't.
