Sea truck dock snap issues
I love that they've released a new base part. I hope to see many more updates like this since base building is my favorite part of the game. That said, it doesn't appear this part was debugged well enough. I cannot get it to snap to a single connection point on my base, and there are not obstruction issues with the places I've attempted to connect. Anyone having similar issues?

The Seatruck Dock is difficult to place because the outline seems to be farther away from you than most other pieces (maybe due to the size). I can eventually get the dock to place correctly, but it definitely takes more work than most other pieces.

It needs a pretty big clear zone all around it -- it can have placement collisions that don't look like it would collide. And that clear zone extends a good long way past the open end -- as it seems to be making sure that you can back a full length truck out of it without hitting anything.

Also, just in case it isn't obvious, the end where it necks down is where it connects to the base; but you need it about half a horizontal tube distance away from the connection point before it'll 'extend' and snap on. (So further away that it looks like it needs to be before it turns green)

Due to its size, and not having any visualization of it's required clear zones, that can all be a bit tricky

I was finally able to get it to connect. I had to add a straight tube base piece in between it and the 4-way piece I was trying to connect it to.

I gave up. Just left it as a separate entity.

Same, I was unable to get it to place directly against my base compartment. But able to place it on the end of a corridor.

The collision is rather finnicky, but if you position it to be higher than the base in more open oceans, viola, it can connect. The only connection point is the front of the docking bay, since theres no other connections for it to take.
