My SnowFox fell into the ground when I deployed it, any advice?

I deployed my newly made snow fox on a hill outside a base and it has fallen through the ground and I cant pick it up. Any advice or console commands to get my snowfox back? I was an hour and a half out of a save so had to save my game to reload and when i reloaded its still underground. Any help would be appreciated.

Happened to me once. Look more up or stand on more even ground when deploying SnowFox from your inventory. You may reload your last save.

Yeah I had to just build a new one, only other option was console commands but I dont wanna use cheats. Kinda dodgy being put down. Hopefully it gets addressed in a big fix soon.

It's a bug that has reported, but no action has been taken or response from the devs that I know of. It's happened a few times to me, saving more when using the snow fox seems to be the best option.

I'd use the prawn probably if I had my trusty hook shot arm to go with it :P

Yeah its a shame they haven't addressed it, I like they're adding new content though but yeah. Mind you I got some ridiculous bugs in the first game. Being teleported 500 meters into the air in my Cyclops, then appear outside it 10 meters above it and we both fall down the whole way glitching out. I hit the cyclops and died, RIP

The -items I've grinded forever to build just falling into the ground- thing was a bug in the first game too. I'd lost hope of them fixing it there, but was hoping they wouldn't just replicate the same known issues here. Oh, well.
