Only partially.

No, it doesn't.

(Not even partially. When you look closely, you can see that you can move your head, but the chair doesn't move at all.)

Try squinting your eyes and spin your head on a swivel. It gives the illusion. Caution: Neck damage may occur. it is up to you whether the illusion of the chair swivelling is worth it or not.

It makes the "No space to sit" message even more frustrating, since it's really just "No space to get up directly in front of the chair". If the chair would just swivel to somewhere you CAN get up, I could put my chairs a reasonable distance away from my desks, but I guess we can't have nice things.

Swivel chairs are the only chairs I use in my base because I can place them backwards as you would leave them when getting up. It looks a bit strange but at least it's plausible that way.

Even though it perfectly makes sense, it would trigger me a lot. XD

But then I am a grumpy base builder with his own quirks. ^^

It's to difficult to program a chair to swivel in Unity.

Wish they'd abandon this garbage engine and move to ue4
