[SPOILER] personal log journal entry not triggering

i went to the omega base and back multiple times and even got all pdas there but the "sabotaged lab" personal log isnt triggering (i only found out about it while watching someone else play the game), what am i supposed to do both to unlock this (i wanna unlock all the journal entries) and to make sure it doesnt happen with other ones?

Maida tells you about Omega when you meet her in her greenhouse. Maybe that triggers the PDA spawn.
Also, be careful of using Youtube videos, they may be older ones from an earlier update.

oh alr thanks, i havent found someone named maida et so ig i'll just keep exploring rn, also it def wasnt cause of different versions cause the video was from the latest version which is the one i am playing on rn
