There are three parts to the Mercury II wreck, all (roughly) in line with each other NW to SE. These are the thruster section (which only has 2 rooms), and the bow and stern sections, both of which your PDA will flag up when you find.
The bow and stern sections both have 2 parallel processing unit fragments, either in sealed power boxes or in broken-open equivalents that don't require lasering open. There is also 1 fragment in the thruster section.
Basically, you've got the two for the wreck you're in - you now need to track down the other wrecks. IIRC, the stern is the middle wreck section, so either strike north/north-east ish to find the thruster section, or south east to find the bow (which is much easier, because it's much larger).
Yeah, that's me getting them the wrong way round. The bow (the one you're at, with the engines, in the picture from Delta Base) is the middle wreck, not the stern.
One of the pieces in the stern is only accessible through the vents, or using a propulsion cannon to clear a blocked doorway.
The second bow one is definitely on the wrong side of a laser-sealed door; I can't recall if you also have to use a vent, or if it's just a not-immediately-obvious gap in the wall/ceiling/floor that gets you to it.
But since you need three ...
Sounds like I should just find the detatched thruster then.
You don't need the propulsion cannon to get it, if you can find the other end of the vent.
It's a long vent with a couple of twists in it, so where the other end might be isn't immediately obvious.
