Pilot - Last known position (spoiler)
Hi,
I have last signal position of the pilot, and I think I found her deep down in her base with her dog, but I still have the signal marker for "Pilot - Last known position". Is it a bug, or is the woman with the dog not what I was searching for?

The "woman with the dog" is who you're looking for, as far as I'm aware the marker staying there isn't a bug, that is quite important later on so it's nice to have a marker there whether for getting your bearings or for navigation, if it bothers you, you can always disable the marker in the beacon manager

Thank you, I was just wondering if I had to search there more and more or if I could go on, because I don't find anything to do right now :P Having 2/3 of the body parts and dunno where to look for the 3rd :P

Yeah, i felt a bit lost too, try finding a walk through, it lists off all the locations for the body parts

Pilot Position...
That map marker is added when one gets to the broadcast tower on Delta.
IIRC its Jeremiah referring to salvaging the wrecked ship for parts. Parts the player uses to sabotage the tower.
Its also the breadcrumb to follow Maida home to GET the tower sabotage quest.
