(Possible Spoilers) Locked out of Marguerit Maida's Base

I ran several searches on both Steam and Google on this topic but I could not find anything that matches my experience. (Spoilers) Okay so. I found Maida's base after the cutscene at Delta Station when she's in her Custom Prawn. I entered her base and the Prawn was docked in the Moonpool. Another cutscene triggered and she told me to go sabotage the Satellite at Delta Station. I found the components and made them and went there and put the Satellite into Test Mode. I then went back to Maida's base and her Prawn is now gone and I am locked out of the base. Is this suppose to happen?

Yes she calls you and tells you to meet her at the glacier base not the underwater one. You have to search around for it wont get a marker look for cargo crates
