How to retrieve Lithium in Arctic Spires?

So I found a number of Lithium nodes in Arctic Spires:

Problem is, I can pick up only one or two, and that is with some gymnastics and hopping around. Is there a trick to this (like melting the ice) or is it just...luck based?

I tried with the Prawn too and still couldn’t get them, figured they were added as decorations

You need a Propulsion Cannon to access the Lithium and Magnetite ones. That will certainly save me some frustration next time :D.

Yeah the propulsion cannon or some clever parkour up the wall slightly to look at each one from another angle. I didn't run into any veins I couldn't grab everything from after a bit of work.

The Prawn Suit tends to help for some of these resources buried in crevices since its higher position can give you different angles of access that can be more successful.

So I went back to the Lithium veins, armed with both the hand-held PC as well as the arm upgrade for the Prawn Suit:

This allows you to remove some of the ice blocks covering the Lithium. The PC then allows you to easily retrieve the resource and add it to your own inventory (not the Prawn's). Be careful though, if you decide to go ice-moving outside the suit: I got killed twice when I tried to yeet the iceblocks away.
