What to do after meeting Marguerite in The Greenhouse scene?

The game lets you do most things in any order, which can make following the plot and knowing what to do next confusing. Broadly speaking there are two separate plotlines that have little to do with each other. If you're doing things in the more common/obvious order, then you probably still have one last major piece of Sam's story to wrap up in the Glacial Basin, that's what follows the greenhouse scene. But the other plotline is searching for the alien artifacts, yes.

the game is missing guide/chain to architect organs, look up the web and find it, do beware of few big predators there

There are 2 separate stroy lines and to my understanding you need only rebuild AL-AN body to complete the game. (and tbh it is bit better part) - in short you need find all 3 parts schemes and build it in fabrication architect site.

The Sam storyline is imho much worse and by following it leads nowhere - Margeurite in Greenhouse talk about Omega site that she sabotaged and you can find bit more info here that ultimately lead to Glacial basin, frozen leviathan with bacteria that you can "cure" by find serum where Sam hid it and put it into the frozen body - half of this dont make any real sense/purpose or is properly described in PDAs to reach it (plus as noted at beginning I think it is not even needed for complete the game)
