Even though normally agressive fauna attacks vehicles, they shouldn't attack the player.
But aside of that, not really.
Well you can use them as bait. Like breeding some annoyingly screaming Cryptosuchus and release them in the void so they get eaten by the Void Cheli's. XD
You also find the 2 golden Trivalve eggs there, but not at the same place as the Squidshark eggs.
There are a few different ways to go. Just look around down there and you'll eventually find them. :)
These are pretty obvious blue eggs, with 2 tentacles. oO
They just don't attack the player.
One of the Squidsharks deep in the Twisty Bridges got stuck outside of the map and always attacks my player through the wall when being too close to where he clipped through. XD
Was thinking about bringing some Squidsharks down there, so it doesn't feel that empty as of the missing one. ^^
@Phaota
I've found all available eggs, as I wanted to include the proper egg names into my savegame.
Initially all creature eggs are simply named "Creature Egg", but as soon as you hatched an egg the egg gets the name of the respective creature.
Heck yes! Infinite renewable power! You breed them, then you put them in the bioreactor.
