Q59 Labyrinth
Spent an eternity wandering around this maze before finally getting there and scanning the thing. It's a friggin' 3D maze and the beacon marker a cruel tantalizing shiny thing luring you into the wrong turns. Whoever designed this part: You evil b****rd! :steamhappy:

And, of course, then I spent a longer eternity trying to find the way out, because why would I have dropped any beacons along the way? Surely it wouldn't be that hard to simply retrace your steps going ever upwards, right? Yeah. As a final taunt I got out a completely different entrance so there are at least two exits doubling your chances and *still* a maze.

Ah, well, at least found the mining site and its goodies as a side bonus.

Hope I didn't miss anything because if I need to go there again I'm going to bring along 30 beacons and dropping them every 50 m along the path...

I am not sure where Q59 is, but 3D mazes are among the places where the 3d map on your Seaglide is actually useful. You also have the pathfinding tool for more assistance.

Oh, right. That's actually a good point. Inside the sea truck you don't see it and when free diving at least I mostly just turn the seaglide map off because it annoyingly obscures the view. Guess it actually would have helped here...

Q59 is the alien statue in the Koppa mine.
Its crazy to go the way the guides tell you through the labyrinth. Just go down into the mine the regular way with a seaglide. Scan and swim back. There's plenty of oxygen plants.
In fact, you can scan all the prawn parts, including the drill arm parts, pick up all the rubies and the databoxes and PDA's and make it back to the surface with a seaglide and air bladder.

The only reason for going back is for the minerals. The prawn fits in through the front door.

This is driving me crazy. Sweets the regular way?

Assuming this is a typo for "what's the regular way?": Through the main entrance to the mine, which you can find pretty easily, since it's marked on the map on the wall in the ruined base on Delta Island (the red symbol that looks kind of like a hand mirror). Scan the map to add it to your PDA for easy reference.
